bamba is the vision of three friends from Palestine, Lebanon and Sudan who met and connected here in Nairobi. We cook the food we grew up on, loosened up a little, and we serve it the way it was always meant to be served: too many plates, in the middle of the table.
Mezze first, then something from the fire and something from the oven, followed by little tastes of sweetness. Order more than you think you need — that is the correct amount.
